Residency Placement

Over the last 15 years, a vast majority of our residents have gone into post-residency fellowships. After fellowship, about 50% stay in academics and 50% go into private practice. Our residents have first chance at fellowships within our division. Residents trained at Duke have obtained fellowship positions at quality institutions (see below).
