Pediatric Neurology

The Pediatric Neurology Service runs an active inpatient and outpatient service. The inpatient service averages 15-20 patients/month and 60-80 consults/month. About 50 new outpatients are seen each month.

Clinics include a multidisciplinary clinic at a local cerebral palsy hospital, headache clinic, behavioral neurology, neurodegenerative disorders, general pediatric neurology, and pediatric epilepsy. Special faculty interests include neurogenetics, metabolic disorders, epileptology, behavioral neurology, and pediatric headache.

Pediatric Neurology accepts one resident per year. The minimum requirement is two years of pediatric residency or equivalent training.
