The Duke Health Center at Morreene Road is located at 932 Morreene Road, which is in close proximity to the main Duke campus. The following clinics are located here:

* Neurological Disorders Clinic: comprised of General Neurologists and Neurologists specializing in movement and memory disorders, i.e. Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's disease.

* Pain Clinic: comprised of physicians in Anesthesia, Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry who specialize in the care of pain disorders by utilizing conservative medical management and interventional treatment modalities.

* Physical and Occupational Therapy: comprised of Physical and Occupational therapists specializing in the treatment of patients with Neurological and pain disorders.

* Medical Psychology: comprised of specialty Psychiatrists and

Psychologists offering Neuropsychological testing and treatment along with Biofeedback techniques.
